You, as an organisation with certain Provider Numbers, can verify your access to AIR by simply putting the digits to the Provider Number and Health Provider Identifier fields in the System Management of OnePassport Comply.
By saving the verified provider number and Healthcare Provider Identifier, this will enable the available AIR services to your organisation. Ensure you have the right numbers for input; Provider Number (maximum of 8 digits).
Step 1: After logging in, you will be directed to your OnePassport Dashboard. Click Settings.
Step 2: Under System Setup, press Integrations.
Step 3: You will be directed to the Management Settings page. Enter your Location ID, Provider Number and Healthcare Provider Identifier Numbers (organisation and individual). Then, click the check button on the right side to verify access. Important: Clicking the check button doesn’t save the settings!
Location ID will be provided by OnePassport and is necessary to get authorisation and access AIR web services successfully.
Step 4: The list of available AIR Services are shown like below after clicking it. Press the SAVE button once done.
