Access AIR through OnePassport

Prerequisite 1: You must have a OnePassport account and must have the proper access to the Comply Organisation. 

Go to onepassport.co and click Log in. Sign in using your email and password.

Prerequisite 2: You must have entered your correct Provider Number and Health Provider Identifier Numbers in the OnePassport Comply System Management in order to start navigating AIR functions.

Step 1: Upon logging in, you will land into your OnePassport Dashboard. Click Comply under Services & Settings.

Step 2: From your Comply Dashboard, you can go to System Management by simply clicking Settings.

Step 3: Under System Setup, look for Integrations with the tools icon. Click it.

Step 4: You will be directed to the Management Settings page. Enter your Location ID, Provider Number, Healthcare Provider Identifier-Organisation Number and Healthcare Provider Identifier-Individual Number. Click Save. Note: You can verify your accessibility to AIR by clicking the small check button at the right. Doing so should give you the list of AIR services.

Location ID will be provided by OnePassport and is necessary to get authorisation and access AIR web services successfully.

On the assumption that you have entered your correct Provider Number and Health Identifier Numbers, you can now access AIR smoothly.

Step 1: Going back to your Comply Dashboard, click the hamburger icon on the top left side of the page.

Step 2: Click the Category Type from the sidebar menu. For example, a list of people who will have the AIR module will be saved in the “Other” Category here.

Step 3: Search for the person’s name from the list. Click the view profile button. If the person is not on the first page, use the search function to do so.

Step 4: Scroll down using the arrow in the navigation bar at the side. Look for the icon with the cross sign, Immunisation (AIR). Click it to make transmission to AIR. Note that clicking the icon will automatically call for a request to access AIR.

Important: Before you can make any transmission to AIR, ensure that you have the correct details of the person saved in OnePassport Comply. Required information: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address Line 1, Locality/City and Postcode.
