Identifying an Individual

Using the personal details of the person saved in Comply, you will now be able to identify the individual on AIR. Following these simple steps, you can be aware if the person is already registered or has records on AIR or not.

Step 1: From your Comply Dashboard, click the hamburger icon to show the categories from the sidebar.

Step 2: Click the specific category. For example, our list of people is saved in “Other”. Press that one and you will be directed to the list.

Step 3: Search for the person’s name from the list. Click the view profile button. If the person is not on the first page, use the search function to do so.

Step 4: Scroll down using the arrow at the navigation side bar at the left. Look for the icon with the cross sign, Immunisation (AIR). Click it to make transmission to AIR. Note: Clicking the icon will automatically call for a request to access AIR.

Step 5: Upon clicking, AIR will return a message based on the details entered. If the person is not yet in AIR, a pop up message will show stating Individual not found and submitting a new encounter will register the person to AIR.

If the person is already in AIR and has records, a status message will show up based on the person’s records. See example below.
