Retrieving Individual Immunisation History Details and Statement

You can retrieve an individual’s Immunisation History Details by going to the person’s profile through OnePassport Comply and click the Immunisation AIR module there. Doing so, will request an access to AIR and will return any stored information including the list of Immunisation for the person.

Meanwhile, using the Comply system, you can also download and print a copy of the Immunisation History Statement.

Step 1: From the individual’s profile in OnePassport Comply, look for the Immunisation AIR module from the navigation bar on the left side and click.

Step 2: Press the Immunisation History Statement to download PDF.

Step 3: A pop up message will appear stating the request was successfully processed. Click the OK button.

Step 4: Check your downloads folder for the file.
