Recording Medical Contraindication

Step 1: To record a medical contraindication for an individual, select Medical Contraindication History from the navigation bar. This step is the same as retrieving a record for Medical Contraindication and you will see the list of records if there are any like below.

Step 2: Press the plus button to add a medical contraindication record.

Step 3: This is how the Record Medical Contraindication page looks like.

-Select vaccine from the drop down

- Select Type; Permanent or Temporary

- Select Reason from the drop down

- Enter Anaphylaxis date if previous anaphylaxis is the reason

- Enter End Date if type is temporary

Step 4: Click SAVE at the bottom to finish recording and information will be sent to AIR.
