3. Accepting the Rejected Encounter from the AIR Immunisation List page
There could be a time when the user will encounter a scenario wherein the encounter or one of the multiple encounters were not successfully recorded. Below is a picture of the View Encounter Page where it shows to the user that an action is necessary with regards to this. There are two options for the user: Accept or Update Episode. In case either of those are not selected, the record will go to the Pending Submission to AIR table.
In the Pending Submission to AIR table, the user can still make actions: edit, accept or delete the record. The following are the steps when accepting:
Step 1: Under the Pending Submissions to AIR table, click the Accept Episode(s) Status button (cloud with check icon) of the desired encounter row. If your screen is small, you can find it through scrolling the bar at the bottom to the right.
The page will reload and the encounter is successfully submitted to AIR.
4. Updating the Rejected Encounter information from the AIR Immunisation List page
Meanwhile, here are steps when the record in the Pending Submissions to AIR needs updating:
Step 1: Under the Pending Submissions to AIR table, click the Edit Episode button (pencil icon) of the desired encounter row.
Step 2: On the Edit Encounter page, update the episode that needed an update then click the Save button.
5. Deleting the Rejected Encounter information from the AIR Immunisation List page
Step 1: Should you decide to archive the record, you can still do this by clicking the delete (bin) icon.

Step 2: Press delete button to confirm.
The information will then be removed in the Pending Submission to AIR table.
