Please Update the Following To Use AIR

If you encounter this message upon accessing the AIR module through OnePassport, “Please Update the Following To Use AIR”, this means that the individual has incomplete information and does not meet the minimum required information to transmit to AIR.

The minimum required information to be able to start transmitting to AIR are the following: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address Line 1, Locality/City and Postcode.

If you encounter this issue, you may update the individual’s information.

Step 1: From the main page, click the Edit Profile button placed just under the name.

Step 2: On the Edit Profile page, please supply all the minimum required information then click the save button at the bottom of the page.
