Branches can be separate branches of a large organisation with multiple sites or units within a single organisation such as wards in a hospital, cost centres or sections. It can be useful to think about how your organisation will want to report - What groups will reports be required for.
There are 2 ways to add or edit branches.
Step 1: In your OnePassport Dashboard, click Account Settings under Services & Settings.
Step 2: Click Organisation Details at the side bar menu. At the Organisation Details page, simply hit the plus sign to add branch.
You may make changes to branches using the pen icon.
Alternatively, click Site Chart in the sidebar and use the pen icon or + sign to make required changes.
Should you wish to remove any branch, contact OnePassport to do so.
