OnePassport makes it easier for you to acquire information from your employees and add this to your organisation’s records using the Sharing function.
Step 1: Search for the name of the employee you wish to invite from the Employee List.
Invite the employee to connect with your organisation by clicking Invite (envelope symbol) after the eye (view) icon.
Step 2: The system will ask for a confirmation that you want to invite the employee. Click the Invite button to complete.
System Confirmation pops up. Click OK button.
Step 2: Your employee will receive an email and needs to accept the invitation in order for sharing of information to work and connect with the organisation. In this case, your employee will just need to click the Share button in the OnePassport Profile.
