Step 1: Click the Comply icon from your OnePassport dashboard.
In your Comply Dashboard, click Employees List.
Step 2: Search for the name of staff you want to add/edit information.
Step 3: Click the View button.
Step 4: Upon clicking View Profile, your screen will give you like this image.
To edit your staff’s profile or personal details such as Name, Email, Birth Date, Mobile Number, Address and Employee ID, you can do this by clicking the pen icon (Edit Profile) under the name of the staff or simply go to General/Contact.
To add/edit staff’s information with regards to work experience, just click Employment History.
As for staff’s immunisation record, you can add/edit it by hitting Immunisations.
Note: Adding/Editing Information of staff is more convenient and will not take much of your time provided your employees have already joined the OnePassport. View the instructions for inviting a staff here.
