Onboarding Bulk Update for the Address

The instructions provided here is for Comply users who wants to update the Address information of their staff.

Important: Ensure that you have prepared your excel sheet with the following fields before doing the bulk update:

Steps on how to do Onboarding Bulk Update

Step 1: Go to Onboarding from your Comply Dashboard.

Step 2: Click the Onboarding Bulk Update. Choose File and click Upload.

Step 3: Map the columns.

Step 4: Assuming our data is correctly entered and there is no error as shown below, click Looks Good, Upload Now button and you will successfully update your staff’s addresses.
