Creating QR Code to connect people to your Organisation – OnePassport

One of the features of the system is the ability to create QR codes to connect people more easily to the organisation. When you invite a staff or someone to join in, you can simply add them to the list in Comply (specific branch and people type like Employees or Shareholders) and provide them the QR code that they can scan thru their mobile phones. They will be automatically connected to your organisation upon scanning and the sharing process starts from there.

Step 1: Go to your Dashboard and click Settings.

Step 2: Click QR Code under System Setup.

Step 3: Just below the QR Code list, click the person icon with plus sign. When you hover, it says Add QR Code for auto invite.

Step 4: Select the Branch and Asset Type from the drop down. For example, we are generating a QR code for K & P Firm under Finance Asset Type.

Click Save.

Step 5: You will be redirected to your QR Code list and the one you saved should appear in here.

Click the first icon on the right to view your QR Code.

Step 6: Show the QR Code to your people for scanning from OnePassport Profile App or download it and email to them. Make sure that they already exist in the system (correct email has been entered and same will be used for connecting). Provided that the staff has been already added in Comply, the auto-invite through scanning of QR Code will work and connection will happen right away.
