You can set up alerts to remind you of people records with dates expiring (in 10/30/60/90 days) or has expired.
For example, an alert for Influenza vaccine (2021) so we can tell how many records is about to expire or expired already so we can make better decisions.
Step 1: Go to Settings from you Comply.
Step 2: Under System Set Up click User Alerts.
Step 3: Click the plus button below the User Alert List heading.
Step 4: Fill the details for your alert and save.
Name for example is the Flu Vaccine 2021 Record.
User Alert For is for Immunisation Register.
Alert type is for what specific vaccine you want that alert for.
For expiry you can choose from 10 days/30 days/60 days/90 days or expired.
Then for employee type, either select alert is for All or just for certain asset type (department/sector).
Your alert will show like below.
Note: System will alert you based on your input here and saved records. You can see the alert notifications on the top right side of the page. See the bell icon and click. In our sample here, the bell has 1 alert. When clicked, it will show summary of the alert.
Clicking the alert will direct you to the specific record.
