Connecting to your organisation is simply made easy for you using the app.
Step 1: Log in to your OnePassport Account.
Step 2: From your dashboard, click the three lines on the top left corner to open like below.
Click QR Code Scanner.
Step 3: A pop-up appears. Press Confirm.
Step 4: Start scanning the QR Code (be it from an email or a printed document).
Step 5: A message should pop up stating that you are successfully connected to the organisation. Click OK.
If you encounter a different message like “Unable to connect. Please contact your organisation and try again”, it means you are not in the system yet and they need to add your information there before you start scanning and connecting.
Step 6: You can verify that you are connected to the organisation by going to the Connections tab.
When successfully connected, you will be able to share now your records. Steps in sharing are presented here.
