Connecting to your organisation is simply made easy for you using the app.
Step 1: Open the sidebar menu and click QR Code Scanner. Press Confirm to proceed.
Step 2: Start scanning the QR Code (be it from an email or a printed document).
A message should pop up stating that you are successfully connected to the organisation. If you encounter a different message like “Unable to connect. Please contact your organisation and try again”, it means you are not in the system yet and they need to add your information there before you start scanning and connecting.
When successfully connected, you will be able to share now your records. Steps in sharing is presented here.
