Once your workers have submitted their Immunisation form, you can review it in Comply via the Onboarding section.
Step 1: Click the Form submission on the Onboarding page.
Step 2: Select Immunisation from the Form Type drop-down. Click Show.
Step 3: On the Immunisation Form Submissions Page, you will see the workers who submitted the Immunisation form. There are four action buttons on the right side:
1. View (eye icon) - to view the details submitted by the workers.
2. Accept (with check icon) - to directly accept the form without looking at it. Records will be saved in the Worker's profile - Immunisation.
3. Edit and Accept (pen and paper icon) - to make changes to the submitted form.
4. Ignore - to do nothing with the form
Once accepted, the records will be saved to the worker's profile. To view their immunisation record, click on the Immunisation section.
