One of the new features of the Reports in Comply system is the ability of the user to save a template which can be used for generating a report. This saves time on the part of user, because the next time that the report is needed the filters are already pre-selected by selecting just the saved template.
This feature is applied in all modules under Reports.
Steps in saving a report template is provided here:
Step 1: Click the Reports Module from your Dashboard.
Step 2: Select the type of report using the drop down.
Step 3: Select your Filters.
For example, we are in People Report and we want to save a template for Nurses who are in the Business Sector with Full-time employment status.
Step 4: Click Save Template. A pop up will appear and enter name for your template in the space provided.
Then click Save New Template.
Your template will be saved in the Load Saved Template section. Just select it the next time you will be needing to use same filters on your report.
