This section is a place to hold staff WHS files and documents following a work injury incident. Organisations can create fields in this section that relate to their particular work site.
Search for the Work, Health & Safety Incident Management in the Record Set Up. Click it to start adding WHS incident fields.
Step 1: Click the + button. Name the Incident type - eg Incident, hazard, etc.
Step 2: Add a category. This would be the categories of injury most commonly seen at your place of work or across your industry. These categories will appear in the drop down list in your system.
Step 3: Add a stage.
Step 4: Click save.
