Step 1: Use the drop down box to choose the people type eg. Employee, Volunteer etc.
Step 2: This page shows you overview of the first 15 CPD you have. You can analyse certain staff's CPD records through it and summarize who got what or who lack what. To view entire list, please click View as List button. Use the "clipboard icon" to do this.
Step 3: In the View as a List page, you can export a report file from here in any format (CSV/EXCEL) using the available buttons before the search bar. You can also print the list.
Step 4: Adding, editing or archiving CPD record of staff can also be done using the plus sign (to add), pen and paper icon (to edit) and bin (to archive). Use the search bar to look for specific staff and view all his/her CPD records.
