Metrics are currently set and cannot be customised. It is information that can help with workforce planning.
From your sidebar menu, click Metrics to see screen like below. Different metrics types are available an can be selected in the drop down at the top to view a specific graph/chart.
Likewise, you can choose what kind of chart you want to use (Pie Chart/Bar Chart/Line Chart/Doughnut/ Polar Area Chart).
