Note: If you cannot access Reports, it might be because your role does not have access to it. User logged in as OnePassport Admin can check and update this. Instructions are available here.
Reports is one of the features of the OnePassport Comply system. It offers the user to apply specific search criterion and system will display this. One can search using Job Title/ Sector/ Employment Status/ or using the different modules like Qualification, Compliance, Residency to a name a few.
Using the drop down menu select the report you want to run. Choose the ‘type’ criteria eg. Employees, choose the status and any other criteria you might need. Export the report to your desired format (CSV/Excel) and print.
Using People as filter, you will have an overview of your people's details and can filter it using the different categories shown below.
After setting the filters and clicking generate report button, the results will come up. The presentation of information in each column are manageable. For example, the Names can be arranged in an ascending or descending order and Date Updated can be shown in the most recent or old ones. Use the scroll bar at the bottom to scroll right and see more.
Qualifications & Certification Report:
This is how the screen will look like when you choose to run a report on the qualification and certification.
For the compliance report, you can set a Date Range filter (either Date Signed or Expiry Date).
Date range filter is also available as filter for Residency (Expiry Date).
Date range filter also works for CPD report (Completion Date) along with the other filters.
Immunisation report being one of the most important information has the following filters including Work Category, Status and Date Range.
Running a report for people with language skills is also possible.
People - Extended Search Report:
If you want to do advanced search for your people you can do so by using the People-Extended Search filter.
