There are times when one staff in a branch is assigned to another branch of the organisation. Hence, a requirement for the records of that particular staff to be duplicated or copied to the other arises. With this, simply follow the steps outlined below.
Important: Before performing duplication of one staff
- Make sure that the targeted branch does not have the same staff (same email and/ or name)
Step 1: Go to the branch and people type where the staff that comply user wants to duplicate belongs. For example, we have a staff from Tasmania branch and we want to copy the records to Western Australia.
Step 2: Press View button.
Step 3: Press branches button.
Step 4: Select which branch comply user wants the staff to be duplicated on the drop down. Click Add to Branch button.
- After comply user performs the staff duplication, every staff record from the main branch will be also duplicated to the selected branch where the staff got duplicated.
- However, the Report module is not supporting the duplication feature at the moment. Duplicated staff will not be visible on the report for now.
