Gender and Job Title can be edited in the Staff’s Profile in OnePassport Comply. By default, Gender is set as Prefer not Say while the Job Title is shown as deputy-employee.
Update these information by following these steps:
Step 1: From the Comply Dashboard, click the Staff List. Search for the person’s name and click the view button.
Step 2: In the About Me Section, click the Edit Profile. Update Gender and click Save.
Step 3: In the Employment History tab from the navigation bar, click it to edit the Job Title for the staff.
Step 4: Under Current Employment, click the Edit button. Update Job Title and hit save to complete.
