Sharing Records to your Connected Organisation

Upon successful connection to the organisation thru QR Code scanning or accepting the invite from your bell notification, you are now ready to share information with your organisation.

Step 1: In the Profile section, choose the module you want to share. For example, you want to share your educational background, click Education & Qualifications.

Step 2: Choose the specific record. Click and look for the Share to Organisation button at the top portion.

Step 3: Press Send button.

Click OK.

When you go back to that specific record again and click "Share to Organisation", the Send button will change to a check icon which means this has been already shared.

Note: You can update your shared record anytime (just edit and save, no need to click Share to Organisation) and your connected organisation will be automatically notified with the change you have made.
