Two-Factor Authentication (Updated)

Improve the security of your OnePassport account by enabling your 2FA settings. This way your account is protected from unathorised log ins and ensure that you are the only one logging in.

Step 1: Simply look for Settings from your OnePassport Dashboard. Click the icon (three lines) at the top right corner of the page (beside the bell icon).

Step 2: When you click it, the screen will show like the below image. Click settings. 

Step 3: Click Go to Account Settings.

Step 4: You will land to the Services page with Manage Account tab showing.

Toggle the button to the right under Two-Factor Authentication to activate it.

Step 5: You will see a success message for enabling 2FA on your account.

Step 6: The next time you log in to your account you will encounter this screen. You need to input the PIN CODE sent to your email (including Spam Folder) in the space provided.

Step 7:  Click on Verify Account.
