Ordering Background Check via CVCheck in OnePassport (Updated)

You can apply for pre-hire checks on CV Check thru your OnePassport Profile in Web. Should you wish to secure a document for employment purposes, simply follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: From your OnePassport dashboard, click Services from the sidebar. 

Step 2: Click on CVCheck.

Step 3: Press on Verify Now Button.

Step 4:  An off-canvas will open. Select your package from the drop-down. Enter the Credit Card Details. 

Step 5: Upon clicking, a pop-up message shows to confirm that the request for verification has been submitted.

*Follow the instructions sent to your email from CVCheck.

When you click CV Check again from the OP main dashboard, the details of your request will be displayed. From the status Pending Verification, this will turn to Order Complete once your check is ready.

When completed, the result/document can be downloaded.
