There maybe times when you are in the middle of saving record in Comply, you left that task incomplete and when you got back encountered this message: You are not allowed to save this record".

The system logs out automatically if idle for more than 15 minutes, hence, you are seeing this message.

Just refresh the page and log in again to continue saving your work.
