Notification Settings

The app is able to send you notifications regarding records from Registration, License and Permits, Immunisation and Residency & Visas. If you want to be notified of your records that are expiring or expired within these areas, you can turn on and manage in the Notification Settings.

Step 1: From the More section at the bottom, click to go to Notification Settings.

Step 2: Enable Expiration Notification by toggling on (swipe to the right).

Step 3: Select which modules you want to get notifications and the period (either expired or expiring in 10/30/60 days).

Note: Though the modules are turned on for notifications, but if the main settings is not turned on, you will not receive any. Ensure that the portion “Enable Expiration Notification” is on for the feature to work.

Once enabled, you will see a red dot on the bell icon at the top if you have a notification.

When clicked, the notifications section should display something like this:

Click the arrow down to show the list. Hide by clicking the arrow again.
