Security Settings

Improve the security of your OnePassport account by enabling your security settings. There are 2 ways to do it and it is up to you to enable one or both.

Press More from the bottom menu. Go to Security Settings.

Toggle on or off to enable/disable.

  1. 2FA Authentication

Two-factor authentication is for the secured logging in to your account. If this is turned on, if you are logged out then log in again, you will be asked to enter the pin code sent to your email.

Click Resend if you did not get the code.

Input the code and wait. You will be redirected to your Profile in a short while.

 

  1. Face/Fingerprint/PIN Authentication

Face/Fingerprint/PIN Authentication is for increased security of your account when you just close the app (did not actually log out).

The next time you open OnePassport App, authentication will be required. You can use either Face, Fingerprint or (phone) PIN.
