Changing Password

Should you wish to change your password you may do so by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Upon logging in, on the top right corner of the page, click on the arrow pointing down alongside your account name.

Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 3: You will land into the Services Page. Click on Change Password Tab.

Step 4: Type your current password.

Step 5: Enter your New Password.

Step 6: Type again the new password to confirm.

Step 7: Click on Change password.

Step 8: A pop up message will appear mentioning successful changing of password.

Step 9: Click on Login again to go Log in Page.

Step 10: Enter your new credentials. You should be able to log in using the new password.
