Enabling Two-Factor Authentication – OnePassport

Improve the security of your OnePassport account by enabling your 2FA settings. This way your account is protected from unathorised log ins and ensure that you are the only one logging in.

Here are the steps:

Step 1: Once logged in, on the top right corner of the page, click the arrow pointing down alongside your account name.

Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 3: You will land into the Services Page. On Manage Account Tab, you will see the Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 4: Toggle the button to the right to activate or enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 5: You will see a success message for enabling 2FA on your account.

Step 6: The next time you log in to your account you will encounter this screen. You need to input the PIN CODE sent to your email (including Spam Folder) in the space provided.

Step 7: Click on Verify Account.

Step 8: You should be able to successfully access your Dashboard. Note: If you wish to disable the 2FA, just untick the box in the same place.
