You have the option to receive notifications related to your Immunisation, Registration, Licences and Permits, or Residency records. By default, the system will notify you of expiring records within 30 days. Should you wish to change the settings or opt to not receive any, follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: From your Profile dashboard, click the three lines at the top right corner.
Step 2: The screen will show like this one. Click Settings.
Step 3: If you do not want to receive notification from all modules (Immunisation, Registration, Licences and Permits and Residency), simply toggle off the Notification section at the top then click Save.
If you want to turn off specific module, for example, Residency, just toggle off that part and press Save button.
* If you want to change the days from 30 days to 10 or 60, or mainly receive notifications from expired records, manage it by toggling the buttons on and off.
This is how the notification will look like. The bell icon on the top right corner of the page will notify you that a record is expired or about to expire depending on the settings you have chosen.
When you click that bell, it will show the section. In the example, below, a record from Registration and Licences.
And when you click the arrow beside that, it will tell you the main record. Click to go to that record, view or make changes.
