Country as a New Required Field in Onboarding

The Onboarding has a new required field. Country column must be provided and filled.

Date Warning Notification in Onboarding/Bulk Upload

A notification message is placed in the Add Onboarding Page to remind users with the correct date format in the OnePassport system. For all date-related information provided in the spreadsheet for Onboarding/Bulk Upload, it is recommended to follow the dd/mmm/yyyy format.

Status Update after File Uploaded in Onboarding/Bulk Upload

To update Comply user with the status file uploaded in Onboarding/Bulk Upload, a pop up message appears like below image:

Clicking OK button will lead to this screen. You can see Status of the file along with other relevant information. When you press Successful, you will be able to view the record(s) that were uploaded.

View the Individual's profile by clicking the email.

Draggable Scrollbar in the Generated Report

If the font size on your computer screen is bigger than usual, the page becomes responsive in the Reports page for the Generated Results by providing a draggable scrollbar at the bottom. This enables you to view the information on the left and right sides. 

Type/Sector and Job Title Filter Update in the People Report

In the Type/Sector filter in the People Report, one can now select one or multiple types from the list (by ticking the box) to be included in the search.

This applies to the Job Title filter as well.

* Just untick the boxes to deselect.
