Getting Started with Ahpra Verification

Monitor the status of your regulated staff within the OnePassport Management System through its integration with Ahpra (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

Prerequisite:

• Add the Practitioner Number of your staff individually. A new field has been added to cater to the Practitioner Number when adding staff to the system. Save this information for your staff. 

Note: 

1. For existing staff in the system, you can edit their profile to add the Practitioner Number.

2. When adding or editing, make sure that the information entered is accurate. The system cannot verify the validity of the numbers in advance.

* Alternatively, you can do it by bulk. If staff is already in the system, update the Practitioner Number information. You can have a file like below.

Then, proceed to AHPRA page from sidebar and press Upload Practitioner Numbers button.

Upload the file and submit.

The Practitioner Numbers will be automatically saved into the staff's profile.
