The following are the current limitations of the Ahpra Verification using the OnePassport Management System.
Note: OnePassport has no control over these limitations since this is managed by Ahpra. Nevertheless, the team maintains ongoing communication with Ahpra regarding these matters.
1. During bulk Ahpra verification, if there is a single erroneous Practitioner Number, the entire transaction becomes unsuccessful. The records with valid Practitioner Numbers will not be updated though there could be changes to them.
2. The system does not have an existing capability to identify the specific record with an error.
3. Ahpra does not send automatic notifications to the system in case there are issues with staff registration, such as Conditions Applied or Endorsements Applied. You need to manually check or verify the registration for that staff in order to get such information.
