Enhancement of the AIR Bulk Upload
When vaccination information is submitted to AIR via the AIR Bulk Upload, that same record can appear in the worker's immunisation record under their Profile section. The System is now enhanced to give Comply users the option to save or not save the record in Comply.
By default the record is NOT saved in Comply.
To ensure the record is also saved to Comply tick the "Save Immunisation Record(s) to Comply" box when uploading to AIR.

Name on the Edit and Accept Page of Notification Module
In addition to the Worker's email, the First & Last name is now visible in the Edit and Accept page of the Notification module. This will assist the Comply user identify the worker quicker.
Immunisation Bulk Update
You can update now your people's immunisation record using the Immunisation Bulk Update feature in the Onboarding section.

Added a New Field to the Immunisation Register, Batch No.
A new field has been added to the Immunisation Register module which is the Batch No.
This is not a required field, in the Immunisation Register, however, if you wish to update AIR this must be filled out.
The Immunisation Bulk Upload Template has been updated to contain the Batch No. column.

Update to the Archive Module
The Archived Date has been added as a new column in the Archive List Page. In Australia, records of employees leaving an organisation need to be retained for a minimum of seven years. Therefore you now have the ability to view inactive workers as list.
Moreover, the person's records can now be viewed by simply clicking the view (eye) icon.
