Employment type is generally ‘full time’, ‘part time’, or casual whereas Membership Type might be categories such as Full, Junior, Student, etc.
Step 1: Customise the employment/membership type for the people in your organisation by going to Settings.
Step 2: Click on the People Setup tab.
Step 3: Click on Employment Types.
Step 4: The system has the default list of employment. Add employment type by clicking the Create button.
Step 5: Add your desired Employment Type.
Step 6: Click on Save.
