When you are doing Onboarding/Bulk Upload and you encounter red boxes (error) on some values, check these errors by providing the correct one (either by selecting from the drop-down or entering it).
Source of errors:
1. Misspelled labels/names/values/type
2. Values entered in the sheet do not match the ones saved in the system. Check the Settings section and go to the specific module e.g. Job Roles, Types.
3. The value does not exist yet in the system (not showing in the drop-down list during the rectifying stage), you need to add this type/value first before doing the bulk upload. Instructions are provided here.
Note: Should there be a number of errors displayed while uploading, it is recommended to go back to your Excel file and correct the values from there. This is to save time on your part in clicking every error during bulk upload.
