On preparing the spreadsheet for Onboarding/Bulk Upload, especially in Mobile Numbers, the entries should not have spaces between them. How to remove these spaces then? Below is the process we usually follow in trimming the spaces.
Step 1: Select the column with the mobile number data to delete spaces.
Step 2: Press Ctrl + H to get the "Find and Replace" dialog box.
Step 3: Press Space bar in the "Find what" field and make sure the "Replace with" field is empty.
Step 4: Click on the "Replace all" button, and then press Ok to close Excel confirmation dialog.
Step 5: You can repeat Step 4 until you see the message "We couldn't find anything to replace".
Step 6: Click Close when you are done.
