Cannot proceed in uploading vaccine records

Check your spreadsheet against the provided template which you can find in here. Remove any fields which are NOT required anymore in the system like First Name, Last Name and Asset Type.

Remember, the required fields are: Email, Vaccination Type, Date Issued and Country. As long as the correct email is given, system will match the records to the right staff.
