Using Bella, you are able to retrieve AIR records and automatically transfer this to the staff's profile.

Below, you'll find thorough, step-by-step directions for your use.
Step 1: Upon logging in, click on AIR from the sidebar.
Step 2: Select Asset Type from the drop-down.
Step 3: Click and select Immunisation Type. You may select one or more (but up to 10 types only).
Step 4: You may tick on the checkboxes to select the asset/worker.
Step 5: Selected assets will show on the space as shown below.
Step 6: Once Asset type, Immunisation type and asset are confirmed, you can now click on Get immunisation from AIR.
Step 7: Click on Confirm.
Step 8: Click OK on the confirmation message that bulk download is in progress.
Step 9: You will be redirected to the AIR Result page. Check the status of that transaction. From Processing it will turn to Successful or Completed with Messages. Successful means the system was able to retrieve records for All while Completed with Messages means there were some issues encountered related to some staff and so retrieving is not possible. For instance, the staff is not yet on AIR, or wrong/missing personal information.
Step 10: Click on the email to view specific transactions and their status.
Step 11: You can click the Status to view what happened to the transaction. It can either be successfully updated or successfully added. Successfully added means to the staff's record in Comply. You can verify this by clicking the email address to directly go to the Immunisation records of the individual. Successfully updated, on the other hand, will show if the record is already saved in the system.
