Once you are done submitting immunisation records to AIR, you can check which of those were successfully submitted and which did not get through.
The results are provided on the AIR Transmissions Results page. To go here, simply follow the steps.
Step 1: Click Onboarding from sidebar.
Step 2: Click Bulk Upload.
Step 3: Look for the AIR Result button on the top right.
Step 4: You will land on a page like this. Press the email address under the Uploaded By section to view the result of each specific transaction.
Step 5: You should be able to view the results on the page.
Note: In the AIR Transmission Result page, there is a drop-down for the results. You can select Successful to see only those that were submitted to AIR successfully or Action Needed for those records that failed because of errors.
If there are cases that the status is Action Needed, you can see from the Transmission column what needs to be done to correct the error e.g. related to the individual's information. Simply click the email of the person to go to AIR Page. Click the Edit Profile button.
Correct the information in order to proceed with submitting the record to AIR.
