Invalid AIR Provider Number

Before Admin User can access AIR in the system, the credentials need to be set up first. The Minor ID and Provider Number are necessary to be entered in the AIR Integration Page. However, there could be times when an error is encountered stating that the Provider Number is invalid.

Note: AIR Provider number always begin and end with an alpha character. 

To confirm such number, you may need to call the AIR Help Desk/General Enquiries at 1800 653 809.

The number will also have been sent via post in a confirmation letter at the time it was requested.
