There may be cases where an employee of an organisation had their vaccinations from another country. Given this, Australia Immunisation Registrar recently catered this requirement and so these records now can be added/submitted to AIR.
Just follow the steps outlined here to do the process.
Step 1: When you go to the individual's AIR page, you will see the Add Encounter button on the top right corner. Click this to open the off-canvas for Record Encounter.

Step 2: In the Immunisation Provider drop-down, select the "This encounter was performed overseas" option.

Step 3: Select the Country.
Step 4: Provide the vaccination details by clicking plus (+) button on the Episode List.
Step 5: Click Save.
Note: Should you wish to do bulk upload for immunisation records administered overseas, you should include this information on the sheet to be uploaded. Under Provider Type, input "This encounter was performed overseas". In this case, the Country cell must be filled out as well.
