Step 1: Go to bella.onepassport.co and log in.
Step 2: Click on Assets to go to the Asset List.

Step 3: Search for the asset or worker using the search field. For example, we are looking here for someone with the surname of Kennedy.

Step 4: Result will be returned or show up in the list.

Step 5: In the Manage Column, the different action buttons are available. Click the AIR button.

Step 6: You will be redirected to the worker's AIR page.

Step 7: You should see the AIR Message like below.

Step 8: Click on Add Encounter.

Step 9: An off-canvas will open up to record encounter. Click on Date of Service to enter one.

Step 10: Antenatal Indicator
Check this box if the individual was pregnant at the time of receiving the immunisation.
(Required for females aged 10-65 years for immunisations administered on or after March 1, 2025.)
Step 11: Select Immunisation Provider from the drop down list. For example: I performed this encounter from Immunisation Provider

Step 12: Next, click the plus button when you go to the Episode List section.

Step 13: Enter Vaccine Batch Number.

Step 14: Click on Vaccine Serial Number if wish to provide. This is not mandatory.

Step 15: Select vaccine type from the Vaccine Code drop down.

Step 16: Enter the Dose.

Step 17: Enter the Vaccine Type.
Step 18: Enter the Route of Administration
Step 19: Should you wish to add another episode or submit another vaccination record done on same day/time, you may click on the + (plus) button.

Step 20: Click on Save to complete submission to AIR. A success message will pop up to confirm submission has been successful.

Step 21: The record submitted should appear in the list in the AIR page of the individual.
