In detail, here are the steps.
Requirement: Create your spreadsheet.
1. Email (same email existing in the system).
2. Immunisation ID (every Immunisation record is assigned with a unique number, so we will know the correct immunisation record to update; this information can be found in the Immunisation Register Overview - View as a List page).
Hence, we will use the file that can be exported from the Immunisation Register section in creating our spreadsheet.
Pre-Bulk Update Steps:
* Click Immunisation Register from the sidebar. Then click the View List button.
Click the View List button.
* Select the Asset Type at the top. Make sure you are on the correct type.
*Click the Filters button to show all the Types. Select the specific Vaccination/Serology here. Then press Filter.
*The table should return a list of the records based on your selection. For example, we have selected Afluria Quad as the type, hence, in our list it should show like this. Then click the Export button.
*Choose the fields you want to appear in the sheet. Alternatively, you can select “All”. Choose Export Type and press Export.
*In the generated sheet, check the data that you want to update.
The important fields are Immunisation ID and Email. Then you can retain the column to be updated e.g. Due Date and remove the rest.
Now, we go to the main Immunisation Bulk Update process.
Step 1: Click on "Onboarding".
Step 2: Click on "Bulk Upload".
Step 3: Click on Immunisation Bulk Update from Upload Type.
Step 4: Click on Submit.
Step 5: Work your way down the list mapping the fields that pull information from excel to the OnePassport system.
Step 6: Click on Submit.
Step 7: The system will detect if you have put any information that is in an unacceptable format. It will turn red to notify you that you need to change it so you can proceed with the bulk upload when you hover your mouse over the information in red.
Step 8: Click on Submit.
Step 9: After Clicking Submit, there's going to be a pop-up Message.
Step 10: Click on Close.
Step 11: Upon clicking the 'Close' button on the pop-up message, you will seamlessly be redirected to the 'Onboarding Results' page.
