When you see the status "AIR-W-1004 Individual was not found. Please either correct the individual details or confirm and accept individual details are correct" upon doing AIR Bulk Upload, this means that the person's details in the system is incomplete or incorrect. Hence, you need to correct/provide this information so you can resubmit the record to AIR.
To do this, while you are on the AIR Bulk Upload Result page, simply click the email of the individual with that status. You will be redirected to the person's AIR page. You will see a message there on what information needs correction. Click the Edit Asset button and an off-canvas will open where you can check or provide the information.
