If you encounter this message upon accessing the AIR module through OnePassport, “Please Update the Following To Use AIR”, this means that the individual has incomplete information and does not meet the minimum required information to transmit to AIR.

The minimum required information to be able to start transmitting to AIR are the following: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address Line 1, Town/Suburb, State and Postcode.
