If you want to retrieve immunisation records from AIR and save it to the individual's immunisation record in the OnePassport Management System, you could do this thru AIR Bulk Download. And once you are done you can check which of those were successfully submitted and which did not get through.
The results are provided on the AIR Result page. To do this, simply follow the steps.
Step 1: When you click Services Australia (AIR), you will land on a page like this. Simply look for the AIR Result button at the top right corner.
Step 2: You will see the list of the download transactions that have been made on your system. Check Status column. Successful or Completed with Messages may appear in this section. If the latter showed up, this means not everything has been successful. You may want to check the errors, hence, you can click the email on the first column (under Downloaded by).
Step 3: You should see something like below wherein you can see the messages under Transmission column. Notice the (AIR-E-1035) Individual not found for Job Lumibao. This means the person is not yet in AIR, so you need to record an encounter or submit record to AIR.
Other transmission messages could possibly be: Successfully Added or Successfully Updated (if record is already existing in the Individual's Immunisation record.
