Through AIR Bulk Download, the transferring of records existing in AIR to your people's immunisation records is possible.
This process has been enhanced so aside from the capability to do manual activation of download, OnePassport Management users can schedule and let the system do the work; either everyday, every Sunday or last day of the month.
Once the schedule/period has been set already, for instance, everyday, the downloading will happen overnight and records submitted to AIR will be copied to the Immunisation records section of your staff. In this case, you can verify the records the next day.
How to do it?
Step 1: Go to Settings from your sidebar.
Step 2: Click System Set up. Then click Integrations.
Step 3: Go to Australian Immunisation Register. In the AIR Download Schedule dropdown, select the preferred schedule; either Everyday, Every Sunday or Every last day of the month.
Note: Location ID and Provider Number must be set and entered in the fields here to access AIR.
Click Submit once done. Ensure that your selection has been saved and shown.
Where to check the results?
Step 1: Go to Services Australia (AIR) from the sidebar.
Step 2: Click the AIR Result button.
Step 3: You will be directed to a page like below. The status will be shown as Successful or Completed with Messages. Click the email to view the specific transaction's status.
Step 4: The list of records downloaded will be shown. You can see either the status Successfully Updated or Successfully Added.
If the record is not yet existing in the worker's immunisation record, it will appear as Successfully Added. Otherwise, the status Successfully Updated will show if already exists.
Click the email of a specific worker in this page and you will be directed to that worker's Immunisation record section. The source for that record downloaded will have the AIR as a source as shown below.
