At times, there might be instances of typographical errors on the uploaded sheet or the value entered does not yet exist in the system, hindering the Onboarding/Bulk Upload process. In such cases, please be aware that you can address the problem directly within the system. Simply click on the cell with the error (highlighted in red) and choose the appropriate value from the dropdown menu. Make sure to click the green checkmark to confirm your selection.
Note: Should there be a number of errors displayed while uploading, it is recommended to go back to your Excel file and correct the values from there. This is to save time on your part in clicking every error during bulk upload.
